>>48074668What annoys me the most about GF fucking over the line for the sole sake of trying to lazily hide a shitty plot twist with Bede is that, had they actually BEEN fairy-type, Hattrem would've actually been usable since it's bulkier with Eviolite due to it and Hatterene having the same base HP, with it being able to take punishment far more reliably at the expense of having a significantly lower sp.atk stat.
But without the fairy type it doesn't have stab on draining kiss (so it basically does nil damage) and it doesn't have a good defensive typing (weak to knock off and u-turn).
I'd still be using Hatterene anyways because, well, I fucking love Hatterene and I adore it's design and lore, but it's still a shame knowing that a Pokemon could've been viable but got screwed over by GF's retardation.
