Coming back to PTCGO after a busy summer, and all my standard decks have rotated out. Given how decent Storm Thunder is in Theme, I felt that there had to be something decent to be done smashing two of them together, but I just can't get it to work. The idea was that Ampharos would keep anything too bulky to be killed by Raikou permanently paralysed, but I end up burning through the energy far too quickly. Any suggestions (other than Shrine of punishment, I'm trying to trade for some), or does Lost Voltage just not work in a format with GX's?
