>>27641275Gen 5 was much better than Gen 6 as far as story goes, but Gen 3 will always hold a special place in my heart as the last time Tauros was usable in OU. Even though I hated it at first, ADV was such a huge step up from Gens 1 and 2 with how simplistic and unpolished they were. Gen 3 when I really graduated from playing childishly and learned about competitive play. The best I ever did for Gens 1 and 2 were to go back and replay Blue and Crystal as an adult to complete both Stadium games 100%.
Really, all I remember about Gen 4 was using Pokesav to mess around with my friends. I never finished Platinum or HGSS, although I finished Diamond. I just really detested the graphics in DPPt for some reason, which is weird since the art in RSE is also relatively bad.
