That said, what the fuck are you doing if you're relying on neutral DPS? Probably just sweeping a gym, which is a brain-dead activity that usually goes fine with the auto-picked team.
The reality is that you just build teams ideal for raiding specific things, so you have a team of 6 strong psychic types, 6 strong fighting types, etc, until you have coverage.
Bug type was so laughably irrelevant in raids until they brought out Hoopa Unbound elite raids.
