I also have a thing for Pokemon with bulk and recovery, and Umbreon, despite what you'd expect from its sleek and slender design, is actually an absolute fortress. Umbreon is like a wall that holds everything together, *especially* in Nuzlockes, where it's pretty much invaluable.
So it's my favorite because it's pretty much everything I could possibly like in a Pokemon. Anyway, hope you feel better later, anon.
