I thought Niantic would have turned the leaf when Season of GO Community Days were all relevant in some way (even Starly for Shadow Staraptor). Literally all they had to do was give High Horsepower Outrage stats in raids and people would've probably been fine with Ursaluna. Right now, it's basically a gimmickmon for Master League that relies on baiting out a quicker Earthquake. At best, water, grass and fighting-types might become more common, especially once the Swords of Justice return to raids.
