Here the game tempts you with a Magikarp before it snatches it away from under you. Very, VERY early versions of the game just gave you the Magikarp straight out, but the devs have a vision of what they want the balance of the game to be like.
That is, stacked stupidly fucking high against you. This magikarp was moved from here to 7 badges in, and after that I'm not even sure if it's available anymore in this version.
