>>19968952There was some characterization in Savers. The entire first few episodes focused on establishing aspects of Masaru's character. Ikuto had a nice character arc as well. Kurata was a psychopath because he was instinctively being driven by fear. Savers didn't do too much in regards to characterization, but Adventures didn't do a great job either. Savers was just a great ride, and it brought the Digmon lore into animated form. I enjoyed Adventures, but I just liked Savers more.
I'll give you this though. Our War Game was the best shit ever.
