pictured is an IRL snake between 8 and 9 feet. Certainly could be lethal if bothered enough, but unlikely to go for a human. Human-sized prey (such as crocodilians) are generally the domain of snakes over 12', more realistically 15.
That said, vore has never been about being realistic, and if it's more hot or convenient than Serperior is 20' long or that Nidorina could stuff an entire person up her ass, reality need not apply.
