How come I like gen 1-4 and 6-7 but absolutely hate gen 5 designs? You can't get away with saying it's because gen 5 was 'new'. The fuck does that even mean lmao, every consecutive gen has been new. Gen 5 designs are just objectively shit and overly cartoony.
If gen 5 had all of its Pokemon follow the Volcarona design concept then it would have been amazing, instead most designs look like LITERAL Rick and Morty trash.
