The first time i played a pokemon game seriously (and the first time i knew how to play pokemon properly)
at that time, all the ambient felt epic for me, the music and everything. It felt like all the progress i made in the game was worth it.
Other amazing moments were the alternative world in Platinum, cynthia's battle (the only battle i struggled on), riding ryquaza towards a fucking meteorite (well done AR/OS) and the godly soundtrack in route 10
