From what I could find through a quick search, I really like how distinct the former is plus the colour scheme is excellent, a lot of the other designs tend to play heavily into a Cannon or Grenade theme but this one decided to go for something completely tangential and still work pretty well.
As for the "worst" one it's like not even that bad, the drawing style is simplistic which takes away from things but the biggest downside to it is that the colours are way too loud and it's overdesigned particularly with the final form. I guess I should be glad that the Bombadier Beetle is niche enough that this is the worst fakemon someone's made.
