M-Tar has superior bulk and is a monster all around. Even if you choose not to go with bulk, he does have his dragon dance set, which runs rampant. Don't forget he can be ran with mixed attacks too.

Swords Dance attacker. Bulky attacker. Like M-Tar, M-Scizor has a variety of sets it can use to be unpredictable and still have the upper hand.
M-Mawile can.. run swords dance.. and Sucker Punch, and two other attacks. It's a one-trick pony that has no bulk to it whatsoever, or speed, so it must rely on Sucker Punch to do anything to faster Pokemon. It's predictable and has no other note-worthy sets to run.
This is the main difference in why M-Mawile is worse than the six mentioned megas. Are you done yet? By the way, you should stop namefagging in non-safari threads.
