One a President, and the other a head of communications. Third, an investor call says it's planned for 2018. Now you can argue that it also says "or later". But using this as proof that it's releasing in 2019 is not only naive, but it's straight up damage control in case of a delay; something which Game Freak won't obviously do to meet Nintendo's sales quota for this year.
All that evidence and literally nothing that proves its in 2019, besides fucking patterns.
Gen 8 is coming this year, whether it gets announced this month, or by the end of my count down mark my fucking words it will.
