So I started out making this as a dex full of total shitmon that I wanted to buff, but then I got a plot idea and incorporated more mons for that. Concept: Everyone is living in a bio-dome on a moon after some terrible apocalypse shit happened to earth, but this fact is unknown to everyone except the very oldest generation that started the moon colony. The evil team leader wants to expose this information to the general public in the name of truth and justice or something.
I stole the Dedenne into Raichu and Unown into Sigilyph from some other anon who posts in these threads. Made too much sense
