Gen 5 had Team Plasma kicking a Munna, so it's not unprecedented. How about threatening to weld a Pokeball shut with a fainted Pokemon inside? Or threatening to dump Pokeballs with fainted Pokemon into the ocean?
The context is an interrogation scene if that matters. It's supposed to show how little the evil team cares about Pokemon. It should be shocking enough to appall the other characters.
I know I'm treading a fine line, so I wanted to run this by other people before putting it in the game.
