>>20385901They're not suggesting minor changes. The whole discussion about the earrings was whether or not the earrings on the current Sugi matched the old art. The intent wouldn't be to change the Sugi "just because," it would be to change it in an attempt to best match the old art.
The posts about the fists you quoted is about the same thing - attempts to get the Sugi to better match the old art.
Back when I first posted the Sugi all that was suggested to be changed was the angle of the side plates of the crown and some of the shaping of the fist, which I fixed. Now the earring thing has come up, which unfortunately doesn't look like it can be brought to a conclusion without a survey.
