What's your budget my dude? If you want to jump into Constructed right off the bat you should spend ~$10 on any of the League Battle Deck codes you like and extra ~$5 on a Trainer's Toolkit code. The Inteleon is quite good but if you like bara bears just pick one of the Urshifu decks.
