I like the OG RBY/GSC game aesthetics but not being able to transfer Pokemon from the GBC all the way to the 3DS kinda bothers me. I have absolutely no reason to play my GBC since I can just play the eshop versions of GSC and it sucks because I really want to invest in one of those backlit rechargeable modded Gameboys.

I fucking love cross-generation evolutions. I fucked with Magneton for all my playthroughs and seeing Magnezone with all its glory just made playing that slow ass gen bearable.
