There's nthing stopping you at all from using drizzle + swift swim in ubers, sand veil, or snow cloak. Smogon has an official game tailor made for people that want to use those things, so why are you complaining? There are people who want to play with those things, so they plays ubers, and there are people who dont so they play other tiers. Are you seriously upset that other people enjoy different things, that dont impede you from usng your own favourite things? Do you have autism?
