I'm currently chaining to get pic related. I've lost the count of how many Ralts I've found so far, have captured a couple of 3 star ones already and the mininum level of Ralts that is appearing now is 15. Too scared, those things still know Teleport unless they appear of higher level and it's even risky to use Quick Ball if I want to capture one.
