It makes sense to me. We've seen him use Brave Bird, and Flare Blitz is likely. Having high HP means he's made to take recoil damage quite a few times. Attack in the 100 range seems low compared to Staraptor, but the flavor dex info seems to imply high speed, so hopefully we're getting something between Staraptor and Swellow?
