>>41494498>why just the wheelbarrow full of pure coal thats not even been set alight yet have more inner fire than the furnace?Because it's actually alive unlike a real wheelbarrow, it uses the lit coal to live and you've got to remember, it's much smaller than both Carkoal and Coalossal, so the small bit of fire in it is going to be more visibily illuminated from its one massive eye since thats directly where the coal is being burned, right behind that.
As for why something like Coalossal doesn't have its eye show as burning orange all the time, I suppose you can just put that down to furnaces not always been permanently on. In the dex entry it says that Coalossal really starts burning up its coals when it's enraged and that's when its eyes actually glow with that firey glow.
Also for fuck sake, I can't find the image I had showing all the shiny forms, but they're cool because all of them literally go for the grey diamond theme which is just peak attention to detail
