The second sentence makes me think that it would be best to use while walking as briskly as possible. But if I'm walking and playing, I might as well be walking across my local college campus (which, like most big campuses, already has a lot of natural spawn points) at which point I'm wondering whether or not I will notice the extra spawns at all.
so maybe i should continue hording them until i find myself on a trip/vacation in a different spawn region and use them during that time, even if i'm in a location with 0 natural spawn points.
