My only real question is, with all of the changes in systems, versions, mechanics, etc, all the way from 1998 on the original gameboy to now the DS and 3DS;
is it actually possible to get a pokemon through all 5 games? For example, say I picked a Bulbasaur on the original Red cartridge on gameboy color. Can I get that EXACT bulbasaur, through trades and transfers, all the way to Pokemon black or white? How would one go about doing this?
