Realistically, Godzilla is a beyond overpowered motherfucker, Conceptual deity powers don't work on the big G that got sent to hell only to pull a Doom on it and some more and the only thing a Black Hole did to him was piss him off. So the idea of Arceus just snapping his ass out of here is out of the picture, you can only brawl with Godzilla hand to hand, laser to laser and none of that gay shit will work.
However, that would ultimatedly just lead to "op pokedex entries" vs "combined lore out of all godzilla entires into a single godzilla" circlejerking which ultimatedly ends with Godzilla winning because the big G would he a pokemon that isn't capped at lv100 and grows up on the spot so the most that all pokemon would do against him is pissing him off until he goes super atomic like he did vs Destroyah. Plus, Godzilla has friends, you can't have Godzilla alone without the likes of Mothra
