The Mismagius is a bit random, but it is caught already as a level 20 Misdreavus in master ball+nasty plot from dexnav, with timid and perfect speed IV. I think dexnav is the only way to get this combination which really please my balltism.
Any suggestions for last mon? I think maybe Absol.
