The thing's clearly meant to be a physical Sweeper with Sharpness that relies on Aqua Cutter, Psycho Cut and Night Slash after being buffed up by the borderline suicidal move that is Fillet Away, but are you supposed to just ram 252 EVs into Speed and then have a sort of healthy split between HP and Attack?
Its bulk isn't TERRIBLE and it can probably survive at least one hit to pull off Fillet Away with a bit of HP investment, but I'm not 100% positive.
I kinda wanna use this little guy with what a delightfully morbid concept he is, but I'm not sure if splitting the last half of his EVs between Attack and HP is enough to save him.
