Its yellow irises, black sclera and the glowing red inscriptions on its body really capture that primeval, "forgotten creature of the deep" feeling that a legendary should have, without being too cluttered. Well, as long as it never opens its mouth.
You're spot on with the rest, though.
I'm so sorry, anon, but no matter how cool, you and I both know that Kyurem-W is not what would conventionally be considered a "good design."
