This isn't the type of thread but fuck you I'll express why I like Lugia anyways.
When I was a kid I always saw Lugia as a scary monster, Ho oh has been dignified pokemon, and Lugia was the supposed to be the opposite of that, much more territorial and aggressive creature, it was the eye of the storm and it would wipe out everything in it's path, it's look reminds me a lot of a orca which probably why I saw it as aggressive, even the things like the hand wings looked like they were meant to drag things in the water, like other legendary pokemon to force them in a disadvantaged state.
It's not evil, but it was more like a normal animal, but with great power, something that could peacefully swim bellow without being noticed or bothering anyone unless threated or something big enough got it's attention, like other legendries.
SS really spiked those thoughts even when I knew what Lugia was meant to be.
