You would have better odds trying something built around the fighting one, then slot in 1x of the water one to be spicy. Palkia lets you greninja, snipe with the fighting one or power up the water greninja-ex with it's vstar power. The fighting only otherwise only needs 1 energy to hit for 170 so it's pretty self reliant, meaning your palkia is freed up to use on other stuff
