If it's not the same person, then it's a coordinated group behind a persona. You know how Discord faggotry is.
If it's not a group, then it's just a series of trolls trolling trolls in a feedback loop, having adopted the identity of this individual while utilizing their posting style.
Of course, this isn't exclusive to /vp/, but it's most prevalent here as one of the most active boards that also moves much slower than others, giving you time to practically study how some of these posters function on a day-to-day basis without actually having to go out of your way to be an autistic stalker like someone from kiwifarms.
Much like the Poketuber grows desperate to stay alive when they have no Pokemon-related content to sustain themselves on, so too does /vp/ when there's no fresh material to work off of.
