The dex cut wasn't a dealbreaker, the sloppy visuals weren't a dealbreaker, and lack of game content wasn't a dealbreaker.
As long as they had that nice, familiar feeling from the formula Game Freak has used for over 2 decades, they were willing to shell out $60 for Pokemon on the Switch.
These are men and women in their mid-to-late 20s; their prefrontal cortex are all developed.
I wasn't going be autistic and berate them for buying it - its their money. But its just sad how low the bar has been set, since this gives Game Freak the greenlight to keep on undercutting efforts.
