They take off into the skies, because this is one battle that simply wouldn't work anywhere else.
"Dark Pulse!
"Dragon Pulse!"
"Errrrn!"
It's an incredibly close tie, but Drasna's Noivern edges out as the faster wyvern, so she makes the first move. Your Noivern narrowly dodges an assault of Dragon Pulses shooting across the field, before returning the favor with Dark Pulse.
"Nooooiv!"
The first Dark Pulse hits Drasna's Noivern dead-on, but the rest are dodged as she adapts to his tactics and slips through them the same way he just did. She doesn't flinch either, a testament to her will not to go down so easy.
This is going to be a tough one.
A) Use Dragon Pulse!
B) Use Air Slash!
C) Use Roost!
