XY and SM is empty
ORAS and USUM is disappointing
LGPE is a cashgrabbing, low-effort normie games.
Mega Evolution and Z-Moves are hated by some (personally I love ME, indifferent to Z-Moves)
Handholding becomes more prominent to the point of annoyance, all to cater to small children, GF's target audience.
Pokemon designs, while subjective, become less like a monster and more like cartoons with big anime eyes. Less details, more cutesy.
With the bad outweighs the good, it's no wonder /vp/ fell into depression and rage. We don't like where Pokemon is going..
Lastly... we've grown up. We outgrew Pokemon, and we crave something more suited to our age, but we can't let go. We want Pokemon to conform to our taste, but obviously it doesn't work that way.
