>>25141786From my own experiences in the base game, 120/70/70 bulk in TPDP is only a bit above average. EikiP has exactly the same bulk in the base game (and just barely less offense), along with a few more resistances, and she's felt very squishy whenever I tried to use her. If Wakasagi tries to set up Genbu on something that hits hard or fails to score an OHKO, she'll pay for it.
Waggysaggy also suffers from minor predictability issues and Taunt weaknesses (she's always going to want to use Genbu with Water/Sound/Nature coverage), and her best ability only boosts Water-type moves while in Genbu, which is extremely situational for a boosting move. She also has no way to get past special walls like KaguyaD or OrangeD, has no viable method of stat-boosting, is shut down by Poison-types slower than her in Genbu like MaganP/HinaE, and only has 3 resistances (Water/Earth is okay, but Light?).
Not that she isn't a great puppet that deserves her #17 usage, but you may be overrating her, Raikoanon. Just a bit.
