>>53756357It’s called the Once In A Lifetime Ribbon (second one down on the right) and it’s currently only found in the game’s code but nobody seems to have obtained it yet so it’s assumed it’s still locked away in the servers for some kind of event or later distribution. And unfortunately no, Surprise Trade is locked to online only so you can’t locally attempt to get it. It would actually be pretty damn funny if the odds really were 1/1,000,000 to get it.
