Change insomnia to something else, he doesn't need two fucking counter sleep abilities. In fact if he is santa he should probably have a dream/sleep related ability.
Also, present needs changed. If its going to have a random chance of healing the enemy, it should also have chances of inflicting status effects.
It also needs more move.
