I'll probably hold off on zekrom. Though looking at it beyond the roughness I don't think the design is particularly worse than the final? Though I think final zekrom looks kinda ass so that might explain it.

It being in the present would be an odd leap so it has a mild chance higher than the present. He is ultimately useless though yes. Though he wasn't much better when he had actual info.
