>>53112965OP here, that one was not me, so I don't know for sure, but i think it's simply Stable Diffusion with the correct options and right amount of tags. You can make very highres stuff with novelai as well (if you're using the right prompt and negative prompt and options, etc.), but it's way harder to do when using img2img.
