Plus obviously things like Blissey (even tho Dynamaxing Blissey would have sucked in practice, it still would have been ridiculous), plus Slaking and Regigigas with Weezing around, etc.
Ofc the real reason is because they had such a short dev cycle and are so incompetent that they probably actually didn't want to update the textures/ambient maps for all the existing models, and they wanted to shill Home ofc.
Btw if you don't have Bank yet, you will have to pay for Bank, AND Home to transfer your mons, idk if people have realized this yet.
