Anime are not caucasion or elese they'd have big noses, not asian hair (much more fros and long hair than naturally spiky), and would be generally having blond hair with blue eyes or black hair with blue eyes more often.
All taken into consideration (and the conjuction in the points above is important), it is logically undeniable that anime characters are asian with abstract features.

But when you compared white to asian anime characters, the white ones generally have high cheekbones (if detailed) and big noses.
