Speaking of Karen i'd optimize her team with:
Prankster Sableye with will-o-wisp and Taunt to replace Spiritomb w/ Leftovers
Umbreon is honestly perfect in her team, when I saw it using Curse, Sucker Punch and Payback I was really fucking impressed. w/ Leftovers
Weavile stays but replace Ice Shard with Swords Dance w/ Focus Sash
Houndoom is a great sweeper where he is with Nasty Plot w/Expert Belt
Honchkrow is good where it is but give it Moxie instead and replace Drill peck with Brave Bird /w Life Orb
Replace Absol with Vileplume and give it Giga Drain, Toxic, Sludge Bomb and Aromatherapy. w/ Black Sludge
