Kalos did the "large region with many different climates" pretty poorly. It made the entire region feel disjointed and the placement of most of the extreme biomes (badlands and snow lands) were placed pretty poorly. Hawaii, however, does have this in reality. The Big Island of Hawaii alone has 10 of the 13 climate zones all within its 4 thousand square miles. This means that there is random climate changes and that extreme climate changes can realistically happen. Based off of the map shown it looks like they are represented well, I just hope people don't complain about them because for once the crazy, jam-packed climates will be fitting. What do you think?
