Bear with me I've never done a redline before, but I tried to suggest what to do next with the drawing with the lines you gave. For eye placement having that sort of cross guideline helps, and think about how the skull is shaped too depending on which direction they're looking. Best advice would be just to look at lots of references to see how things are shaped?
