I don't get it, why would Serena not wearing the ribbon anymore mean the ship is dead? Ash doesn't bring like the Misty fishing thing with him anymore (at least I don't think) nor does he keep the half ribbon on him from May either I don't think. Not to mention gifts and stuff from other characters. I doubt the ribbon doesn't have that much of an impact. Besides, I doubt she's really going to appear otherwise they would have announced it like every other returning character, I don't believe the leaks.
