+10 speed brings it up to 680, 100 points above the other Regis, speed seemed like the best place to put it. Moves added are to offset Slow Start, was gonna toss Drain Punch and Super Power in as well before I realized they're available as tutor moves in past gens and probably will be in the future as well. Clear Body for the hidden ability, since all the other Regis have it as their ability and it's not too busted on Gigas.
Alternatively, give it a unique Z-Move
