Getting to level 6 for Confusion was annoying because Ralts only has Growl, but by wearing down PP on Wurmples and spending all my money on potions I got there anyway. The trainer with the Poochyena in Emerald has a Zigzagoon in Ruby, so that wasn't a problem this time. The Team Magma grunt with the Poochyena in Petalburg Woods also wasn't a problem because I could wear down all of my attacks on Silcoons and Cascoons. Roxanne wasn't a really big problem because of Double Team.
