One of the ones people suggest I don't agree with is Metagross. There is a lot of emphasis placed on its high intellect and multiple brains. I don't think it was purposely designed to look like a UFO, it's not related to space in any real way aside from getting Meteor Mash which I would elect to remain Steel Type and just have a lot of Cosmic Types learn it.
Ones I'm uncertain on: Ursaluna family could have its Normal Typing replaced by Cosmic as they're based on constellations 'n' stuff, the only problem is it has thus far never had actual space powers. Unown could be pretty easy. Beheeyem is all about brains and telekinesis and memories so should keep Psychic, but it doesn't have any star or space powers I don't think. But I would grant it Psychic/Cosmic Typing anyway just because it's this franchise's most straightforward alien and it would appreciate some relevancy.
