I used to inject back in gen 7. I would do 5IV Legendarieis and Mythicals, and only 6IV if it was a mixed attacker or if the recipient specified it. Making a 5-6iv mythical or 6iv shiny isn't making anything that's technically impossible. Its improbable, yes, but not impossible.
That's sort of our "jobs" as injectors. Me make improbable pokemon for people, but not impossible pokemon. Whatever it is you two are doing is just taking some arbitrary moral high ground for no real reason other than to pay yourselves on the back.
